TI官方的mspf5438a的代码例程中MSP430F541xA_MSP430F543xA_Code_Examples\C\msp430x54xA_UCS_2.c”关于DCO时钟计算有错误，如果用此时钟作为基准产生波特率可能会导致串口通讯不畅等问题。

代码中使用32.768k时钟算出的DCO为8.2MHz.误差过大（32768×250 = 819200）。
