需要看这个高电平有多高，电流有多大
看你多高的电流了，理论上输出并输出低电平的话，那就是把这个短路拉到地了，你外部再去接高电平（这个高电平应该不大于VCC）,就是对电源在芯片内短路。不过芯片内是可以承受一定的电流的，所以如果你有可能遇到这个问题，输出的接口最好带个限流电阻，这样就是接到高电平进行了短路也没事
非常不建议这么做。
