MSP430控制P沟场效应管关断电路
低电平打开，高电平截止，这样接可以吗？
所用的MCU 是，MSP430F47197
好像因为CPU输出的逻辑高电平电压一般不可能和电源电压一样，所以好像一般常用的电路好像都是用三极管来驱动场管的吧？
请问您用的P管是什么型号？特好买便宜么？我也想买几个实验，就是不知道什么型号低电压的P管好买
MSP430的IO输出最高也就3.6V，这样接是会有问题的，PMOS的Vgs不够低，PMOS关不断。
做mos驱动时还需要考虑MCU IO的驱动能力，保护等，最好不要这么直接连接
