问题是那个出厂日期近? 也就是如何由51 或 78 判断出厂年月?

不同封装上丝印是不同的

丝印上的年月只是一个代码，不是直接的年月，需要找ti客服来查询具体的生产年月。
51 78 第一位代表年，第二位代表月
所以 5 代表 05年或者15年 这个我也不是很清楚，1代表1月
7代表 07年 8代表 8月。

疑问就是1位怎么标识年/月. 12月如何表示?
不一定是直接对应的。我猜有可能对年月重新进行了编码
A代表10月,B代表11月,C代表12月吧
年份与月份类似,以A/B/C...代表10年/11年...
以上是我从芯片实际丝印标记推出的结论.因为月份位置出现A的标识.但没查到年份位置出现字母!
