我将MSP430FR5730芯片焊在板子上后，测得VCORE引脚为0V，不能烧写程序。

MSP430FR5730芯片是购买的新芯片未烧写程序，周围元件只焊接了复位电路元件和与VCORE相连的470nF电容，VCC供电电压3.5V。

VCORE引脚电压为0V,未达到datasheet中的1.5V，是否说明我的焊接有问题，还是有可能被烧坏？
