我现在想用msp430f47167的sd16 adc进行ad采样，过采样选择osr=128 量化误差会不会大于1LSB？
应该会大于1LSB，如果太大，看看前级的输出阻抗能不能再改善一下。
sd16 的LSBACC 高16位 和低16位的意思：取数字滤波器的高16位 或者 低16位 ； 这样做会不会影响测量精度
