如果仿真出现问题，你可以尝试用MSP-FRO第三方小工具直接下载，看是否下载的进去。
如果下载的进去，可能是你开发工具版本问题了。
另外您也可以先试一下E2E上的方法 http://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/msp430/f/166/t/224598.aspx
如果有些程序是汇编或者库文件或者芯片内部自带的，就会显示NO SOURCE AVAILABLE，意思是没有C语言代码可以显示
如果只是一个提示和警告，可以不管它的
