在安装了CCSV5.2之后，运行第一次，没有提示安装许可证，所以不能创建一个CCS Project.

是不是没有装完整？
第一次运行，会提示选择一个Workspace的保存地址，这个地址不要含中文。打开CCSv5 IDE，楼主可以选择TI现有的例程，从TI Resource Explorer中找到相应芯片的例程进行编译
