App Center不能联网，是什么原因？卸载重装好几次了，还不行！
电脑上其它所有软件都能正常联网！！！
这个软件是链接ti官方服务器的，服务器地址在米国。国内部分宽带链接比较慢，或者不能链接到服务器，也是很正常的
用360强制恢复windows的所有网络设置后，就可以用了。
