如题，我没查到这些引脚可以外接多少V信号？我看内部基准电压有1.5和2.5V的，是不是如果外接信号电压大于2.5V就得使用外部基准电压呢
外部信号一般要经过信号调理电路才能接到adc相关io上

不能超过基准电压。
首先输入引脚的电压肯定不能超过基准电压，不然会导致溢出，其ADC值就是全1.
如果电压范围超出基准电压，建议外部加硬件电路来改变其输入电压在基准电压范围内，如电阻分压的方式。
