WIN10下无法安装430驱动，msp-fet430uif无法使用
驱动安装不了是正常的，有msp-fet430uif的时候win10还没出生。
进行嵌入式开发，推荐使用win7系统。
能否装会Win7操作系统 可能会有兼容性的问题
