建议先用逻辑分析仪或者示波器观察一下时序。可能运行频率变了影响时序，或者电源换了引入了干扰等等
首先确认晶振是否工作起来，仿真过程中外部晶振不工作会自动切换使用内部晶振。非仿真过程中，外部晶振如果不工作，需要寄存器配置切换才能成功切换到内部时钟晶振。
另外检查一下复位电路是否正常及电源。
好像是芯片上电复位没复位完全，在上电之后对其进行二次复位就能够正常运行程序了
