f5359外部接了看门狗芯片，使用fet430可以烧录，使用mspgang不可以，使用的是JTAG。
另外一块f5419A可以使用mspgang烧录，用的一样的看门狗电路
建议先去掉看门ic，用f5359最小系统烧写试试
去掉是OK的
msp430的烧写过程中需要复位，估计是看门狗ic影响了复位过程。
建议用示波器观察对比一下复位引脚的波形
