新的msp430F5529片子，焊接完后，没有烧录程序，直接上电，VCC可以测量到有3.3V电压。这个时候测量Vcore引脚，有电平吗？
内核进入正常电压才能工作，所以有电平的。
DVcc通过内部LDO输出内核电压，主要供给CPU、Flash、RAM、以及一些数字模块。所以默认是有输出的。
烧完代码，软件可以控制Vcore输出4个不同电平，主要根据实际跑的主频来决定
