很久不用CCS5了，不知道和mspWARE的配合会不会有问题
升级CCS到6吧
另外你是怎么导入项目的，试试在TI resource explorer 中选到相应的device和历程，单击导入
先把CCS也升级到最新版本看看。哪颗芯片？
ccs版本太低了，建议用6.1或以上版本
