您好！MSP430都不包含边界扫描电路，MSP430都没有BSDL file。您不能将MSP430和其它器件放进同一个JTAG链。

Therefore there is no BSDL file for any MSP430 devices. In addition you can not put a MSP430 into a JTAG chain together with other devices.
建议使用MSP-FET430UIF进行调试
所有MSP430组件都有JTAG界面，但只能用于程序发展和烧录闪存。这个JTAG界面与IEEE 1149.1标准并不是完全兼容，例如所有的MSP430组件都不包含边界扫描电路 (Boundary Scan Cells)，我们仅支持它们所需的BYPASS命令，但不支持其它的必要命令：EXTEST以及SAMPLE/PRELOAD。
因此：
1. MSP430组件都没有BSDL档案。
2. 您不能将MSP430和其它组件放进同一个JTAG链
