IAR6.4 device列表找不到MSP430FR5994

最近开始使用MSP430FR5994进行开发，使用的是IAR for MSP430 6.4版本。MSP430FR5994文档写的是IAR6.3及以上
版本支持这款芯片。
但是IAR支持的device列表中找不到MSP430FR5994。支持的FR5系列，只能找到FR5989以下的。
那么FR5994怎么支持。

那么使用的是Generic下面的MSP430FR5XX_6XXGENERIC吗？
