例如，系统主时钟为8M，Timer_A如果fTA使用的是外部时钟源，25M，通过TACLK引脚接入。是否可以？

没测试过你的这种方案。
一般会把smclk、aclk提高到25MHZ，然后配置Timer到25MHz
F5529， 应用的是捕获功能，曾经应用过mclk 8M，TimerA 12M，捕获另外一个信号。结果是正确的。
不过尚没有正式这种确认过这种应用方式，个人感觉没有什么问题。
