设置IO口为输入口高阻态，利用输入直接检测波形的高低电平，从而解码。波形的高3.3V，低70MV。只能检测到低电平，高电平检测不到，是怎么回事儿？

高阻态的话，IO口是不是应该加上拉呢？
加上拉电阻，波形就变成全一了
建议用io中断方式，会更方便
因为检测不到高电平，是不是无法触发IO中断
方便上传下电路图和代码吗？
