新到一块MSP430FR5994用CCS debug会出现不识别设备？如图？怎么回事？
检查一下跳线帽是否连接正常，可以尝试以下动作。
1.确认一下目标芯片的VCC
2.检查JTAG引脚连线是否接到仿真器芯片上。
有可能是硬件连接有问题，或者仿真器驱动有问题
