这个板子不太好测量tm4c129的功耗，因为还有其他元件和这个mcu的io相连。如果要测量的话建议焊接一个最小系统来测试.
另外，不懂楼主为什么想知道这个mcu的功耗
如果想测试MSP432功耗,可以将下图中短路帽取消，将电流表串在VCC上即可测出MSP432电流。不过功耗完全可以参考TI 数据手册说明。
