这个表格是不是说明程序既可以在FLASH内运行，也可以在RAM内运行，且RAM内运行时功耗更低？

这是我在网上找到的在ram内调试的相关资料，但是资料里说的是在线调试，我不知道在ram内正常运行是否也可以？
可以把程序先copy到ram内，然后再执行
