MSP432程序下载出错

你好，我自己制作了一块msp432的板子，购买的MCU。现在想使用MSP432P401R LaunchPad上的XDS110调试器向里面下载程序，好像连接不上，请问新购买的MCU需要向ROM或FLASH中烧写启动或引导代码才能使用吗？或者是我的硬件有错误（已检查好几遍，确定供电电压正常）？求指教！
