这个官方没有提供，估计只能自己编写了
官网有提供MSP430 SMBUS 库http://www.ti.com.cn/tool/cn/MSP430-SMBUS?keyMatch=SMBUS&tisearch=Search-CN-Everything
但没有基于SMBUS的BOOTLoader.
只能自己写了。
