首先你要有一个仿真器，一般常用的有msp-fet430uif或者msp-fet。
然后在电脑商安装有ccs或iar，可以编译出烧录文件，同时可以烧写调试。
MSP430无论是仿真还是烧写程序，一般可以通过：JTAG、SBW、BSL接口进行。
io的连接方式可以看仿真器的手册，或者http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/JTAG_(MSP430)

ccs7是刚推出不久的，你可以参考v7和v6的教程，基本的操作上没什么变化的。你参考msp430g2553的入门教程，内部模块有些不同，其他都一样
