什么操作系统？如果是vista以上，用管理员权限安装了么？
已经开了权限，防护软件全关，没有效果
是什么系统？另外系统是不是ghost出来的？
非常感谢您的关注，系统是win7旗舰，使用原版镜像刻成dvd后安装，不是ghost出来的。
卸载或者删除C盘的TI目录再安装一下试试了么？
不知道现在的版本是否要求安装在C区

如果是，请使用离线安装包Off-line Installers:即可。。。
我也碰到过这个问题，卸载重新安装就可以了，注意如果是压缩包，要解压后安装
