MSP430v16.9 compiler

Dear sir,

I can't import a CCS project. When I tried to import this project,an error message has pop-up:

Error: Import failed for project 'DRV832X_MSP430F5529_Trapezoidal_Sensored_BLDC' because its compiler definition is not available. Please install the MSP430v16.9 compiler before importing this project - click 'View > CCS App Center' to check if compiler updates are available, or install the compiler manually and register it with CCS through 'Preferences > CCS > Build > Compilers'.

I have update msp430 compiler to the latest version ,but i still can't importing this project. Now my compiler version is 17.9.0.

My Questions:

1、Do I need to install MSP430v16.9 compiler even I have the last compiler?

2、Where can I download the MSP430v16.9 compiler? could you give me a download link.
