开启P2引脚中断的程序。ccs软件再烧录（debug）时，有时候会P2IFG寄存器默认有数据，自动进入中断,P2IFG也写不进数据，死在中断服务函数里面

如果屏蔽按键初始化程序烧录一次之后，再打开按键程序烧录编译烧录，程序又可以正常跑，不会死在中断里面。
