请问一下，采用内部基准，这个CPU能做到多高的精度？如果用外部基准，精度又能达到多少？

能做多少位跟很多因素有关，比如过采样率，时钟频率，GAIN等等，但最重要的是系统的SNR。
SNR=6.02N+1.76dB
这里的N就是能做的位数,如下图，如果SNR（SINAD）能到89db，那N理论上最多也就14左右。
以我的经验，标称24的Sigma-Delta ADC都做不到这个位数的
