我想直接用2553与5529的USB下载器，也就是仿真板实现串口通信。2553使用了下载器中包含的1.1与1.2引脚，外部物理串口与USB下载器都成功了。 但为什么，在F5529中，我用外部串口就可以实现串口通信，但是使用下载器就会出现乱码呢？我同样使用了下载器包含的3.3与3.4引脚。

你说的下载器是指LaunchPad上自带的仿真调试工具么？ CCS->View-> TI Resource Explorer里有串口通信code example。你试一下用官方例程跑有没有问题。
