怎么用CCS把程序烧录进MSP430开发板中

我用的CCS6.20编写的程序，编译没有错误，点击调试也可以调试。但是点击resume没有现象，必须点击step into一步一步往下执行才有现象，并且断开连接后（disconnect target）后就没有现象了。程序根本就没有烧录进去，，求大神解答。
