单片机MSP430FR5992中有一个设备描述符（TLV）的东西，我想问一下Die Record项下的Lot/Wafer ID，Die X position，Die Y position能否被用户修改。如果不能被用户修改是否可以把这个值当做设备的唯一ID用于程序加密？
