The Error 386 Code out of range usually means that there is an address being set in your TI-txt or hex file that you are loading, that is not included in the memory map of the MCU that you have set in the MSP-GANG GUI. Next step would be to check what address ranges have data written in them in your TI-txt file that you are trying to load and compare this with the memory map of the F1101A.
