我已在resource explore 下载安装离线版msp430WARE V3.6，但是没有在您说的方法中的模板找到DRIVERLIB
请问您现在使用的是什么芯片？
您参考下图看一下,是否有安装driverlib?
或者单独安装msp430ware后没有给ccs添加组件？
MSP430WARE里就有driverlib，你把MSP430WARE添加到ccs应该就可以了。
或者用苯办法，把driverlib复制到工程目录，然后添加相应的文件到工程
