在msp430f4250中，SD16有一个内部基准电压，打开SD16REFON和VMID buffer时，应该是内部1.2V基准电压输出，可这时芯片开始发热，Vref引脚没有接任何负载。如果VMID buffer关闭时，就不发热。怎么内部基准电压不能输出？
