No USB FET was found

型号：MSP430F5529

连接上电脑的时候提示MSP Tools Driver已设置并准备就绪

使用CCS调试的时候显示No USB FET was found

查看设备管理器发现也没有识别出设备

使用的是CCS8.3，安装之后设置都是默认的

C:/Windows/system32/drivers/里usbser.sys也是存在的

求解决，谢谢
