您用的烧写软件是什么？
在线调试烧写可用CCS IDE，单独的烧写软件可以使用MSP430 Flasher 或者Elprotronic FET Pro-430 Lite软件对MSP430目标芯片下载编程，这两个软件都是免费的。另外有UniFlash软件，windows和Linux下都可以使用，可以用来进行独立编程，在TI官网可以下载。
