以前装过几次CCS，但是用着用着老是会有问题。
这次又卸了重装，又装不上了，没有杀毒软件，我连安全设置里的东西能关的都关了

因为ti的服务器在国外，国内访问比较慢。推荐使用离线安装。
根据您的log文件内的提示，应该是HTTP访问的问题，建议用离线安装试试
