不同料盘的MSP430G2955IRHA40R湿敏等级可能会不一致问题吗？

我们发现近期来料的20Kpcs MSP430G2955IRHA40R中有的料盘标签上的湿敏等级(MSL)不一致，有的为"3"，有的为“2”，请问这个情况正常吗？TI官网查到的MSP430G2955IRHA40R湿敏等级为“3”，意思是这颗料无论产地无论Date Code湿敏等级都应该是“3”呢，还是说湿敏等级不低于“3”，可能会因产地和生产时间不一致？

    我是TI代理商Avnet的FAE，我是帮我的客户提问，他们是通过Avnet购买的,。

    两个料盘一个产地是中国，LOT号是9023612CD9，MSL等级是2；另一个是马来西亚，LOT号是8945174ML8，MSL等级是3。

    请问MSL等级不一样是否跟产地有关？还是说跟生产时间有关？这颗料在什么时间点发生过MSL等级变更？

    以下是我核实后的回复

    The different MSL level are correct. While the MSL for material from Malaysia is 3, the MSL for material from China is MSL 2.

    The device was originally build in Malaysia only and later on also in China. During re-qualification for the A/T site in China, the device was passing MSL 2.
