希望TI的技术支持能推荐一下MCU芯片，需求如下：

1：人体植入设备，第一重点是低功耗

2：15到20个GPIO，一个SPI，一个I2C，7通道10bit ADC，1通道10bit DAC, PWM，16Kflash/1k RAM

3：QFN封装或BGA封装

4：不需要LCD,touch、uart、IR
