請問 是否有自帶SD mode 控制的MCU,
因為我的數據量大小 使用SPI mode 去寫入無法負荷,
想請問是否有適合的MCU來處理.

Sitara系列处理器带有SD card interface，具体应用细节和选型，楼主可以到Sitara版块问一下。
Sitara系列太高端了，TI 的cortex-m4系列可以使用SPI访问SD卡，最高的速率可以达到10Mbps,应该能满足大多数的SD卡读写要求。
选32位或这64位的cpu吧。430的和ARM的也就是普通的工业和商业使用可以。再高端的应用就是工业单板机了。
