MSP430 BSL烧录

MSP430第一次通过JATG烧录成功，并烧断熔断丝。之后想通过BSL进行二次烧录，但烧录器显示为连接失败，无法进行烧录。（使用的烧录器是LSD-PRGS430-IIIA，连接正常，能通过BSL对空白芯片进行烧录）。想请教下为什么BSL无法进行二次烧录。
