How can I erase and read MSP430's embedded flash?

Hello,

I use msp-fet430uif as debug tool and use IAR430 as compiler and workbench. I can download firmware through fet debug tool, but can not erase and read from MSP430.

Is there a software tool of TI that can erase and read MSP430 internal flash?
