MSP430F2471内部 Diode reference 误差有多大，手册上说“~0.55 V”，没有看到具体的误差范围；另外，它受VCC的影响有多大？

比如，在VCC=3V时，范围是 （400mV,550mV）
在VCC=2.2V时，范围是（390mV，540mV）。
这个值随温度和电压影响都比较大。
