用ccs下载程序到MSP430F5529 LaunchPad(官方买的)时出现

的提示，但是换了块同样型号的板子之后，下载程序时出现：

DO NOT UNPLUG THE INTERFACE DURING THE UPDATE.

的提示，更新之后对原来的板子还是不行，是板子坏了吗？
