最近想自己自作一个msp430单片机的仿真器eZ-FET lite，看了TI的参考资料software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

仿真器的核心芯片是MSP430F5528IRGC，但是这款芯片一直缺货，我想问能否把该芯片替换成别的芯片，比如msp430f5529?
