这是我的原理图，按照此方式连接JTAG或者SBW都无法识别到MCU，无法下载程序

我测量过板子电源，3.3V正常，V18引脚也有1.78V电压，请问是哪里不对导致无法下载？

我使用的仿真器是FET430UIF，我测试过可以正常仿真和下载MSP430G2452
