那是打的过孔，做散热用的吧。很多芯片需要散热，就在地面做了大片的散热片金属，我们在做板子时，在地下打过空，然后金属化，底层再弄一块铜皮做散热。也有一些芯片是为了屏蔽做的。我估计你这是也是这两个中的用途。
我不明白的是datasheet上的孔只是简单的3mm孔，为什么下载的这个要分bottom，top，middle。而且middle那么大，middle的数据是从哪来的
