whether MSP430 can identify PC in Sleep Mode or Wake Up Mode by USB

whether MSP430 USB  can achieve the following two points;

1:when MSP430 contacts to PC by USB, It must be able to determine whether the PC in the Sleep Mode,if it is, USB device will prohibit absorb current ;

2:when MSP430 contacts to PC by USB, It must be able to determine whether the PC in the Wake Up Mode,if it is, USB device will absorb current 500mA from PC   

  to charging;
