MSP430F5336: XT1接口不加外围电路，外接32.768kHz晶体的负载电容选多少合适？

现在用RS商城货号672-7603的12.5pF负载电容的晶体，XT1DRIVE寄存器设第3档，不是所有晶体都能起振，不起振概率大约1/20。选多大负载电容的晶体、寄存器设多少能保证起振？或者有合适的晶振产品推荐吗？要求±20ppm，-40～85℃或以上。
